It works with nesting software seamlessly to realize technique setting, advanced toolpath generation and nesting for standard and special shaped workpieces.

Pneumatic self centering chuck is adopted to achieve faster and more accurate clamping, which cost less but possess a longer service life. In this article, four main models will be covered: ultra-high speed tube cutter, 6016T, cost-effective king 6020T, 9035T for longer tubes with wider diameter and 12038T designed specifically for longer, thicker and heavier tubes.

SF6016T: It has three main advantages, which are fast speed, accurate cutting and excellent material saver. The rotation speed can reach 125 per minute and the actual cutting speed can be 80 meter per minute. It functions best for tubes with small diameter and thin walls. No trailing is another highlight of this model, the minimum trailing length is shortened to 20mm, which helps you utilize your tube to the largest extent. For industries such as metal furniture, lighting lamps, display shelves and medical facilities, this is the best choice.    

SF6020T: It is the most cost effective and adaptive model among all. It has all the functions as a tube cutter, yet owns one exclusive feature – bevel cutting. With five-axis cutting head, we can cut tubes with a bevel intersection, to ensure seamless welding afterwards. The auto loading system can achieve whole bundle tube loading and it can automatically sort the finished products out of waste parts, greatly reducing labor costs. We also have a model with the ability to process longer tubes with larger diameter to 350mm- 9035NT. This model has three chucks, among which the middle one can be movable, so real 0 tailing can be realized. Both of them are widely used in industries such as agricultural machinery and fitness equipment.

SF12038HT: Last but not least, we have designed a heavy load tube cutter for specific industries such as large scale equipment production, ship building and construction. Four chucks are installed for better clamping of heavy tubes to ensure cutting accuracy. And for thicker tubes, they are usually quite long, and this machine can process tubes with length up to 12 meters and the total loading capacity can reach 1000kg, which breaks the limit in the world of tube cutting!
