1, corner melting

3, lead set
In the process of cutting thicker plates, in order to make the seam articulation is good, to prevent the beginning and end of the burn, often in the beginning and end of the cut at the beginning and end of each lead a transition line, respectively, called the lead and tail line. The lead and tail lines are not useful for the workpiece itself, so they should be arranged outside the workpiece range, and at the same time, pay attention to the lead can not be set in the sharp corners and other places where it is not easy to dissipate heat. The connection between the lead line and the cutting seam as far as possible using the arc transition, so that the machine movement is smooth and avoid the corner stop caused by burns.
4, common edge cutting
Common edge of two or more parts into a combination of large quantities of the rules of graphics as far as possible common edge, common edge cutting can greatly reduce the cutting time, but also to save raw materials.
5, parts collision
In order to maximise production efficiency, many laser cutting equipment is 24h continuous operation, and the use of unmanned automated loading / unloading device, bumping into the cutting of the finished tipping parts and cause damage to the cutting head and production interruptions, resulting in greater losses. This requires attention when sorting:
① Select the appropriate cutting path to bypass already cut parts and reduce collisions.
② Select the best cutting route to reduce cutting time.
③ Automatically or manually combine multiple small parts with tiny connections, and after cutting, unload the parts that can easily disconnect the tiny connections.
6、Remaining material processing
After cutting the parts, the skeleton-like residual material on the laser cutting equipment table needs to be withdrawn as soon as possible to facilitate subsequent cutting operations. For laser cutting equipment that does not have an automatic unloading device, you can cut the skeleton residual material into small pieces to facilitate rapid removal. This avoids personal injury to the operator caused by moving heavy, sharp-edged stock.
