If the operation is entirely manual, 8 skilled operators and 2 cranes are required to assist in lifting. Only 8 boards can be processed in a day. It is also very easy for the board to fall off. So, the customer chooses to use robot bending instead of manual operation.

  • 30 seconds for material retrieval
  • Align for 30 seconds
  • 6-blade bending for a total of 5 minutes and 50 seconds
  • Flip for 50 seconds
  • Stacking for 20 seconds
